The Taiwan Issue

In this issue of Design Anthology, we celebrate the creativity of Taiwan. The young product designers, the creative entrepreneurs, the exceptionally talented interior designers and architects, the artists and curators, the insightful city planners, and yes, as unlikely as it may sound, the government.

Internationally renowned hospitality designer Tony Chi writes for us about his beloved homeland — an outpouring deeply touching and affecting — while a photo essay on Taiwan’s picturesque tea houses with verse from respected Taiwanese poet Dominic Cheung attempt to capture the same spirit in other forms.
